Through Christ, We Can

Empowering Africa’s Future Through Education.

Bringing Hope Through Education

Operation Love Africa was born from a simple yet powerful conviction — that every child deserves the chance to learn, dream, and build a brighter future.

Our story began when Stephen Paul, the founder, left the comfort of life in the United States to follow a calling that led him to Uganda. What started as a small effort to support a few classrooms quickly grew into a life-changing mission. Over the course of just three years, Operation Love Africa helped more than 2,000 students gain access to quality education — children who now have the tools, confidence, and hope to shape their own destinies.

Now, with hearts full of gratitude and vision, we’ve brought the mission to Kenya — Season 2 of Operation Love Africa. Our journey continues with renewed strength, deeper partnerships, and the same unwavering belief that love, when put into action, can transform entire communities.

Our Work / Programs

01.

— School Support Projects

We build, renovate, and equip schools to ensure every child has a safe and inspiring place to learn. From classrooms to libraries, we’re creating spaces where dreams can grow.

02.

— Student Sponsorships

Through our sponsorship program, donors directly support children’s education — covering tuition, learning materials, and school meals — ensuring that poverty never stands in the way of learning.

03.

— Teacher Empowerment

Teachers are the backbone of education. We invest in their growth through training, mentorship, and resources that help them deliver quality lessons with confidence and creativity.

04.

— Girls’ Education Initiatives

We’re breaking barriers that keep girls out of school. By providing sanitary kits, mentorship, and community awareness programs, we help girls stay in class and build their futures

05.

— Digital Learning & Innovation

Technology opens new worlds. We introduce digital tools — from tablets to e-learning platforms — that connect students to quality content and 21st-century skills.

06.

— Community Engagement

We believe education is a community effort. Our programs involve parents, local leaders, and volunteers in literacy drives, mentorship, and awareness campaigns to make education a shared priority.

Impact Stories

Sarah Lubanga's Journey – From Rural Uganda to University Dreams

When Sarah first met the Operation Love Africa team, she was a shy 12-year-old who often missed school because her family couldn’t afford tuition. Through our sponsorship program, Sarah received school fees, books, and encouragement. Today, she’s a high school graduate preparing to study education at university — her dream is to become a teacher who inspires others the same way she was inspired.

“Before Operation Love Africa, I thought school was not for girls like me. Now I know I can be anything I want to be.” — Sarah, Uganda

The Story of an abandoned school restarted after COVID-19

In 2021, Bright Future Primary in rural Uganda had no desks, leaking roofs, and limited learning materials. When COVID-19 struck, they had to close down, leading to over 200 students dropping out of school. NO hope for their future, again. Operation Love Africa stepped in to rebuild classrooms, supply books, and train teachers. Within a year, attendance doubled — and students’ exam performance improved dramatically.

“Our community now believes in education again. The school is full, and the children are excited to learn every day.” — Lazarus, Head Teacher
